Two lightly curved gable walls enclose a beautiful oval shaped field. Within the linked houses, the high brick pointed gable is alternated by a retracted low wooden facade. The facade on the opposite side consists of a long continuous wall behind which the detached houses are located.
Good privacy is provided by building on the plot boundary. Fences are not necessary. Due to the angle in the roof; high on the south side and low on the north side, the amount of sunlight in the house and garden are always optimal.
