Museum for Modern Art

A museum with a residential tower on one of the most beautiful places in the Palace Quarter. The old industrial hall, next to the triangular pond, with its shed roof, column-free space and free height, is perfect for a museum function. In combination with a contemporary residential tower this industrial heritage forms a beautiful conclusion to the central water feature and a landmark for the Palace Quarter.

The museum entrance, museum shop, restaurant, library and auditorium are on the ground floor. Through an underground corridor visitors are guided to the exhibition rooms in the old industrial hall across the street. On the upper floors flexible lofts are fitted with a double height and large balconies.
